This piece flowed without a plan, and I enjoyed the imperfections of the paper; it has brown tape tracing parts of the border, somehow beginning an artwork on paper that already has a bit of character, rather than a stark white sheet of paper, is inviting. It relieved any pressure of creating something perfect, and welcomed playful exploration.
